Standard Session

Families and Couples

If you have questions or want to make sure we're a good fit, we'll start with a free, 15-minute phone call to learn more about working together.

Individual sessions are 50-53 minutes long. These are opportunities to connect one-on-one and target your unique needs and goals.

Family sessions may be a part of working with adolescents, and can be covered by insurance. Availability for couples is limited and private pay only.

Rates

Private pay rates are based on a sliding scale, starting at $90 a session and ranging to $133 a session on an income basis. Couple's sessions start at $115 and are private pay only.

Sun and Moon Counseling serves folks in Florida via telehealth therapy sessions. All rates are due at time of service. I am in-network with the following insurances: Aetna, Ascension, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, Pending: Florida Blue. Your insurance rate will be verified after the consultation call and before your first session.
