What to Expect

If you're new to therapy (or it's been a while), you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

We can begin with a free 15-minute consultation call to briefly discuss what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see if we're a good fit. If we decide to work together, we'll schedule a 60-minute intake session where I'll get to know you, your story, your strengths, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy.

From there, we'll typically meet weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and goals.

I enjoy working with people who have never quite felt like they fit neatly into society's expectations. Whether you're neurodivergent, highly sensitive, creative, questioning, or simply looking for a place where you don't have to explain every part of yourself, you're welcome here.

I provide an affirming, supportive space for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and neurotypes. Your uniqueness isn't something to "fix", it's something to understand to help you live freely.

Some of my clients come to therapy after being told they're "too self-aware" or that they "already know what to do." Insight is valuable, but insight alone doesn't always create change. Together, we'll bridge the gap between understanding your patterns and building practical strategies that help you move forward.

I work with children, teens, adults, and parents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, life transitions, school challenges, parenting, and more.

Therapy that honors who you are.
